- A medical practitioner organises the patient's medical care in liaison with the patient's GP and/or hospital doctor. He is on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- A department manager is responsible for organising and managing the nurse coordinators, organising training courses with partners outside the establishment, ensuring the quality and safety of the care provided in the home and helping to implement the establishment's project.

- A pharmacist in the PUI (Pharmacy for Internal Use) supplies drugs and equipment for nursing care.
- A pharmacy assistant prepares orders for medicines and nursing equipment.
- Dieticians provide nutritional advice to patients as required, depending on their situation and state of health.
- A psychologist provides support and guidance to patients according to their identified needs.
- A social worker, if required, who helps patients with administrative formalities and provides assistance with daily living by making home visits.
- private nurses under agreement with HAH intervene on medical prescription and care protocol.
- a delivery person who drops off equipment at the home and collects it at the end of the treatment.
